I'd love too but I'd like to get my sliders first.

I sure did! Improved clearance on the trail, and it also makes the rear end more symmetrical, which I like.

    I finally ordered some bumpers

    IMG_0736.jpg
I also picked up a used CO2 tank on Craigslist for $40. It's even half full.

I'm also comparing shackle flip kits, anyone got any recommendations? I've been eyeballing this one for a while - https://archivegarage.com/products/premiumtacomasfk

Oh exciting! God bless local pickup. The $$ you will save on shipping can now go toward sliders...

won't pass inspection in Va. or I'd already have one I guess unless you know a guy but it's also ticketable under obstruction of vision I believe. I like it and would have one myself so I checked on it when I took state inspectors class

Actually Satin hooked me up with free shipping to a commercial address for buying both a front and a rear. I wish I could pick them up, I'd love to meet the Palfreys' and check out their shop.

    Thanks, Satin!

I guess I'll see what happens. I know plenty of places that will pass it though for inspection. I've been rolling around for 2+ years now with a huge visor tint that sticks down below that sticker without getting any attention from the cops ... of course the sticker does stand out a bit more.

Lol I knew you were just trying to give me a heads up. I'm a firm believer that cops will let you get away with stuff like this as long as you are driving safely. Been working for me so far.

This that and the other thing.
I'm getting impatient waiting for my rims to be powder coated. been over 2 weeks. its a buddies buddy doing it, I asked if he would be able to get it done within a week and I got the good old "oh yeah no problem". Trucks been up on jack stands at my work so I cant even work on it in the mean time. when I asked for an update, all I got was "he's been swamped at work but the will be ready soon" that was a week ago. the guys not even doing it as a side job on the cheap, he's charging me full pop + taxes, so in my opinion I'm a damn paying customer and it should be dealt with! if I knew he was busy and that they wouldn't be done in a reasonable amount of time I would have waited until he was not busy lol
