Seat cleaner

any ideas on some good cleaners for TRD Seats? My seats have few spots that don't look as clean as they did. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

My Ex GF son was eating White Chocolate and managed to get that into my seat, tried several things and still cannot get it out.

Is shampooing them necessary? I know they aren't like the older carpet seats so I'm not sure if these still need it like older carpets did...

Like splitbolt mentioned, steam will break down most anything. If that's not available, I've used this machine before with a lot of success on vehicle interior fabric and vinyls.
You should really get that nasty stuff sucked out instead of spreading around.

If I had to buy one system for cleaning my seats and carpets, what would it be?

 

The one I listed has been used on many vehicles I have access to. Hot water and a color safe pre treatment to saturate the offending stain or embedded marks, while the suction side gets it really clean. Works great in the house and in vehicle.

 

I have a McCulloh steamer and a Bissell Little Green.
The steamer breaks it up and the Bissell gets it out.
The steamer is great for all kinds of cleaning chores.

Turtlwax upholstery cleaner with built in brush. My beater car is a golf I bought from smokers and well, slobs to put it simply. It has tan interior and you would never had known that when I first got it. A friend recommended it and it works unbelievabley well. It pulled up everything. Matter of fact it worked so well, I had to do the entire car, except head liner.
Shake well, spray it pretty good, scrub, vacuum up and DONE!

 

they make an auto one too. looks the exact same. I think its just different attachments and different colours.

I have it, best investment for clean interior.
I use it once a month even if there's no stains. Reason being, I work construction and get in my truck after work usually pretty dusty so my seats get ful of dust. Bang on them and you can get some coming up and vacuum doesn't get it. So use this. Gets all the dust and dirt out, and you can see how dirty the water really is after.

The cleaning solution works great too. I've gotten one of those oil filled car air fresheners that spilled all over out of the seats.
works somewhat for salt stains (find a proper salt stain cleaner and this works best)

I'm consideirng getting a new one soon as mines getting pretty beat up since its almost 7 years old now. The seals are getting warn and the suction isn't as strong anymore. Might just get the full size one as well since I tend to use this a lot for when my dog gets sick as well. White carpet, used this and ended up needing to rent a full carpet cleaning thing cause it left a whiter spot than the rest since the carpet was a few years old.
Works on wine stains too.

 

the only concern I have with steam is years ago used a steamer thing to clean the interior of a car and it ended up burning the fabric a little. Like melted the polyester. Almost looked like a cigarette burn after.

So just be careful when using it

 

Yeah, mine is an auto one I guess. Been so long, but used for so many upholstery cleaning needs.

She's old so can't hold her bladder as well anymore and likes to have accidents and of course fucking bitch has to choose the carpet and not fucking tile that's easy to just mop up.

 

Would you say the Bissell LittleGreen is a top quality cleaner with great suction, or would there be another one you recommend? Money is no object (within reason).
