Umm Is that water coming out of a vent ? The gadget with the blinking LCD is that a water heater or softener ?

It's a condensing model. The water coming out of exhaust is also the intake.

The interesting thing to me is the water coming out is coming from that unit below you were videoing ? How much pressure is in that system to force water up and out like that ?

The heating chamber is rotted out so water is being pushed thru intake and exhaust
