Hi all from Roseville . Just stopping by to see what's going on in NorCal .
First things first...I let my son inlaw borrow my very well built 2004 DBLCSB TRD offroad to go mountain biking . Said truck came back in several pieces . Somehow a friend of his hit it from passengers side with his new JK. 242k miles and never a major repair needed and it's gone .
So here is the part that I'm sure I'll get for. I bought a new 2017 DBLCLB TRD offroad and I ...I ...love it !!! There ya go I said it !!!

For the salvage price of $75 bucks. I'll take a chance with the $8k Ford Racing Motor and accessories. Fuel pump alone is $500+. It should be getting towed to a family friends property in the next week so we can start pulling it apart. Interior is mostly good too.

Lots of original/collectors parts on it. $$$$

 

Buddy I wish !! He came to the house to tell me in person what happened. I never saw anyone's head hanging so low lol. Insurance agent came through for me on the total.
So all is well.
Side note, he's not allowed to touch the steering wheel of this one

Yeah parts are worth big $. I had a 71 boss 351 4spd in Grabber Blue that I sold when We found out the wife was prego with our first son. Took the money and immediately invested it for kids college fund. It was probably the best life decision I've made but at the same time I regret it every day.

I Had hella Cleveland parts. 3 complete Cleveland motors. 2 top loader 3 speeds and 2 top loader 4 speeds. About 6 years ago when we moved I ended up selling every thing. Only thing I still have is an origional CS air cleaner hanging in my garage.

 

I have a 2012 JKU and had the 04 taco..
This thing is driving me up a freaking wall in tighter parking spots !!! It's like all of a sudden I can't park. Hell my wife is laughing at me .
