Does the Habitat cause any signal issues with the Shark fin since it's under the over cab portion?

Quick question for fellow Habitat owners, what miles per gallon are you experiencing? Pre-Habitat, I was at 18-19 mpg. With the Habitat, 15-16 mpg.

The GPS antenna is under the dash, nothing to do with the fin on the roof.

I'm planning on doing something with the rear suspension after the addition of the habitat, but wanted to gather a consensus as to what others have done. Please share what you have changed on your rear suspension after the addition of the Habitat.

I got the All-Pro expo springs (not the 2.0 version) and temporarily have Bilstein b110's as shocks. I'm eventually going to do shock relocate with 12" Kings. Also extended brake lines for the increased travel.

When I get to the point where I add a steel plate bumper and swing out tire carrier I'll probably look into getting a custom Deaver or Alcan leaf pack.

If someone wants to buy my All-Pro Expo Springs, they have about 5,000 miles on them. If you're running the Habitat alone they're good. But I need to upgrade my springs so I don't reverse rake with my high clearance pelfrey rear bumper, with two jerry jans, and a 285 on the swing out.

Not sure if I'm going to custom alcans like @Overlanerd, deavers like @jAndyMendo or maybe looking into the all-pro 2.0.

My plan was to go with maybe the dakar HD for the rear and want to get a high clearance rear bumper with dual swingouts when Pelfreybilt offers it. I've just noticed a bit of lean with factory suspension, habitat and some camping gear in the back.

I have billy 5100 shocks, Add a leaf from all pro and air bagged it. 5900lbs when camping with the kids and gear. has served me well and allow me to level it out and raise when needed to keep heads higher than our feet when sleeping. air down to park in garage.

Is it true you can't keep bedding up top? That seems like a huge bummer if so (one of the best things about RTT's).

I don't think anyone's tried, but the tent falls down into the bed area anyway because there's so little room. A series of U hooks on either side might work if you had some bungees to hold the bedding down. but seriously only like a fleece style bag or single layer comforter will fit.
