Upgraded seats (I like my non-TuRD ones better) Rear locker, bilstien shocks, temperature/compass on the over head console, a little better tires. All I can think of off the top of my head.

How does the 4wd perform without the rear locker? I wont be intentionally sinking my truck in the mud or anything. I just will need it for the occasional mudhole when goin huntin/campin etc... Maybe pulling other people out of holes now and then

If your not going to be doing any hardcore off-roading you probably will never need a locker. Like my mall crawling, street queen of a truck. :) It all depends on what your going to be using your truck for, good luck and post pics when you get it.

I have the same one man. I have regretted some small things like the overhead compass, and the color-keyed mirrors and door handles on the sport, oh and the rims. I immediately got the rear leafspring TSB done which came with the TRD Offroad shocks too for free. And my wife really wants a hood scoop. Well I guess that's a pretty long list, but, it is just that, a long list of great things just without the "TRD" sticker. I'd say get it.

If you're getting a truck in the next few days and even THINK you might tow before trading it for another, get the tow package too! It includes a bigger battery, bigger alternator, class 4 hitch, 7-pin plug, oil cooler, and a tranny cooler on the auto version. It'll be cheaper and easier than trying to add the parts later.

I don't offroad a whole lot anymore, but having the locker is nice. I usually lock up for trails for a little extra traction in 2wd and leave 4wd if I bog down. Doesn't take much for 1 wheel to spin in 2wd while driving down a muddy hunting/logging/forest access trail, or up one that's rocky and washed out. I don't have a winch yet so it's nice to leave 4wd as an extraction option without having to go faster to use momentum to make up for lack of traction. An LSD would probably help in those situations, but not sure if that comes on non-TRD models. The locker adds around $800 to the cost of the truck IIRC, and it would cost at least $1500-$2000 if you were to add an aftermarket selectable locker later. For me it was a case of getting as much as I could up front while it was all financed. Then I didn't have to come up with the money and time to install it later. I just knew once I took it off road once I'd be pushing it further each time. :D

Just make sure it's the actual tow package and not just a class 3 hitch with 4-pin harness slapped on by the dealer. Otherwise you won't get all the other goodies. A guy on Toyota Nation was trying to piece meal the tow package on his own afterwards and was pushing $1500 without all the parts needed.
