I make sure to not look bad and have all the guys that do my job slack an equal amount

Some big changes recently! I'm now a salesman at the dealership. They felt I was better suited here.

Currently on day 2, have most of my (massive amounts of) training done, and am currently mid-sale for a used car!

 

Nice, except for the beer. Never was a big fan of grittys. Maine Beer co or Rising Tide and I'm all over it

 

What sort of percent/amount commission do you get on sales if you don't mind saying? I'm told the guy I bought my current truck from clears over $100k/year because of the sheer volume he does.

 

I'm a fan of their Nut Brown Ale, which is what was in the glass. And any beer beats the hell out of lousy office coffee, lol.

 

Best advice I can give is don't sell it when it's already sold, and stay away from the old timers that want to crap you out

 

Used cars have a much higher commission rate, not sure on actual percentage. New cars give you $100 from the dealer, and $100 from Subaru assuming your survey scores are good and such.

I mean the old timers at the dealer. Tool figure it out. There's always a couple of guys there who have been there since the beginning of time and all they do is complain. And it'll get in your head and fuck you up
