Right lower speeds help it under 60mph.

McMaster Carr (amongst others) sell the cross bars. As long as you're talking about the extruded/slotted aluminum. :notsure:

    A few questions:

    1. How tall is the rack, at its highest point, over the cab of a 3rd gen? Or, how high above the shark fin does the rack stick up on a 3rd gen?

    2. What is the width dimension *between* the side rails?

I have a hard shell RTT on my canopy that will hang over the cab of the truck. I want to find out if this rack will fit under the portion of the tent that hangs over the truck. And I want to know how what the inner rack width is because I would like to store a sideways Plano case or maxtrax there.

The shark fin hits the last few points onthe back the rack (meaning you cant go all the way to farthest back point of rack. I have a few pics up that may help a few pages back.
Its very low profile. My truck is a 3rd gen 2017.

So overall the highest point on the rack is still slightly taller than the shark fin?

to many to list, check the build thread
at this point I'm curious if people that have ordered racks once CBI took over will be getting the racks before my original Prinsu order ships. Still NO WORD, NO RESPONSE from Zach as to when my order will ship. Last i heard it was supposed to be end of last week when he got the clear cross bars in, after vacation at FJ summit, but now were at the tail end of this week with nada. This isn't a bashing post, i just want some sort of response as to my order, i don't see that as too much to ask.

EDIT: just got a response, "IT WILL SHIP FRIDAY"

I ordered June 22, shortly after the CBI acquisition. They gave me an estimated ship date of August 5. Interested to see if I get a shipping notification soon.
