Correction the tilt head was $32 and the standard was $13. Both gear wrenches, well worth every penny when you need them in tight places. Most there kits stop at 18mm so then need to buy singles after

ON the one side, I'm a cheap-ass bastard that buys cheap tools where I can and feel comfortable doing.
On the other side I have a Millenia 2.5 that I am pulling the motor because I can't get most of the work done on it because of room.
So, my opinion is rather worthless.

Negative, your opinion vary useful. Ive been acquiring my tools for over 20 years. some tool not as concerned with brand. These, ive loved my two sets of gearwrenchs. And on Saturday and last night theses would have been so so useful.

I may not have been clear on what I was asking. I've already cut the exhaust. I was asking how close is spare is after he mounted under the truck. I have 285/75/16 and my tire was close to rear axle gear housing when I attempted to install it. Hammered down the retaining tabs to get it in there. I'm just afraid of the tire hitting the rear housing on bumps under normal driving conditions.

My spare isn't that close to the rear housing. I have the same size tire as you do and she sits in there pretty tight. Its not going to move at all under any driving conditions. The only downside I can see it the rear departure angle could be decreased in certain situations but my hitch mount would likely be the first thing that touches anyway.

Thanks, I'll take it down whenever I wheel. Easy access in case of a flat! Just need to get it out of the bed.

Once I make a few other priority purchases, I will look into better mounting solutions for the tire. Not sure what route I want to go yet.
