Another video. All of this after my dealer replaced the gasket... at least my drain tubes work. Dealer and Toyota corporate tell me this is normal.

It actually is. I've explained it in another post before. Have to dig for it. It is designed to have some seepage since the seal is not a flap type of seal. TW cyber sleuth smitty99 will probably find it first.

    I thought I'd seen a post before, but I couldn't find it.

I can't find any wet carpet or headliner. I do have a slight mildew smell afterwards.

Yeah, sad to say that some of these things are normal. Just make sure the dealer services the track and clears the drains if it has a SR. It IS part of regular maintenance. If they tell you otherwise and try to upsell this "service", it's BS. They must service from bumper to bumper. If it has a sunroof, they need lube and clean like anything else that moves. Most techs and service advisors don't bother with it as they don't know. We had to do it and usually goes by dealer discretion and how they enforce the routine during service.

We even had to clean the leaves and drains at the base of every windshield to keep the vents flowing free and drains doing what they're designed to do.

This just made me glad I don't have a sunroof. All I have to worry about is a drunk Mexican put my brake light gasket in wrong.

I was told the same thing. Design of the seal. For whatever it's worth mine only leaks in pressure car wash. Never had it leak in the rain, including torrential downpours in Oklahoma.

That makes more sense. Any of those gaskets will leak under pressure.

I filmed mine sitting in parking lot at work, while parked and from driver seat facing towards rear of the cab.

Update: They did a "temporary fix" what they said over the phone. They ordered the parts but like others have said it's on back order.

Shit man, these issues seem to fit TW in a wave, everyone starts getting them at once. What's next? Our left taillights all just starting falling out and Toyota says its some factory design lol.

It's been pouring here in Tampa for the last few days. Checked my backseat and sunroof, no leakage at all.

    I have a 17 DCSB OR w/ Premium+Tech. Assembled in SA, TX in 04/17.
