Not a bad deal if that's out the door price, which looks like it because of TTT.

Looks to be right about invoice price.

Not a bad deal but if thats the first price they gave you, try to swindle another $408 off to make it $32,500 even.

Absolutely try to negotiate the price down further. If I am not mistaken True Care is the Average selling price. I would want the lowest possible selling price not the average selling price.

I think that "TTT" is a +++ if it is, they can go lower, all they are really doing there is giving you the floor mats and whatever they count as "optional equipment" free. They will make that right back up with dealer fees and everything they always try to sneak in with the +++, Id find out what the out the door price is with everything, and then try to work it down so they can't sneak anything in.
I would think you should be able to get close to that number out the door

Dude you read my mind. I've bought 18-20 new cars in my life. (Too damn many) I would have not offered a dime over 32,000 OTD all in. Might have even went with $31,000-$31,500 all in.

I've low balled dealers on many occasions and been told no way. I've handed then my business card and said call me if you change your mind. Most times I don't even make it off the dealers lot. Other times they've called me an hour or so later and told me to come get it. I usually reply with I will, but being you called and interrupted my Dinner you need to pick up the tab if I come back. Not once have I been told no.

7% off MSRP is right around Invoice. 32000 is about invoice off of that MSRP.

If you look through the big thread a lot of selling prices were right around 7% off(invoice).

I was able to get 10% off MSRP.

Looks like that deal is like 4.5% off of MSRP. There is more room to work.

Look at the Top of the 3rd Gen page for the price section and you can figure the exact invoice price, I would at least shoot for invoice in your deal.

You can even offer below invoice. Car manufacturers are down on car sales overall this year. They want to sell cars and not have such a large surplus of inventory. I've also been reading that the auto companies used to be able to make up the losses by selling to car rental companies. But even their sales to the rental companies are down. The consumer has the power right now. Offer them below invoice. Waiting to the end of the month is also a good tactic for negotiating. They want to hit certain numbers so they become more desperate to deal at end of month.

So you must either be really old, or enjoy throwing money away. Buying a brand new car every year or so is the equivalent of throwing cash in a garbage can, it doesn't matter how much you lowball the dealership.

OLD... Well... sorta getting there at over 50 now. Throwing money away?? Actually no. I do make a good living and I do like nice things, cars and trucks being one of them. Plus I sure ain't gonna take it with me. I usually trade every 2 years or so both what I drive and what my wife drives. I've had my 2012 the longest of any vehicle I've ever owned at almost 6 years now. It was paid off long ago and only has 39K miles on it. My wife has had her 2015 Lexus RC350 probably the longest of any car since we've been married at 3 years now. It only has about 18K on it and she is still happy as a Lark with it as it has had 0 warranty work not even a hiccup and is still spotless..

    That makes sense

I agree with the can't take it with you aspect! Although. I have 3 kids so my idea of taking it with me is more like, possibly selling a testicle or two to pay for 3 college educations haha. We bought some brand new bmws a few years ago and decided to sell them after 3 years recently, right before the maintenance warranties expired. And wow, we lost some serious coin on that one. Oh well. Traded them in for some yotas, my tacoma and my wife got a sequoia.

I wasn't trying to be crass nor probing, was just more expressing curiosity on how that works out for you. Cheers.

If your happy with the deal, I say go for it. Sounds like it is good enough.

Keep pushing them---rule of thumb is never take the first offer--there is always wiggle room. I would shoot for 32k even. If you can pin another dealer up against them you can likely wiggle a few more hundred but what's your time worth.

Is it cash or are they giving that price with a stupid interest rate like 5%?
