Just carry this and a roll of shop towels and you're good. Clean it out with the shop towel then lube with the tri-flow lubricant.

I lube my when they start squeaking. Maybe once a month? Takes 1 minute to do both sides, just some tri-flow dry lube. I apply when I park at home so it can sit and soak all night.

    This stuff -
Uniball is more expensive so that's one reason why people go ball joint. Ball joint also correct alignment, so for those that aren't wheeling too hard ball joint is just fine.
You have those exceptions like Danny who wheels the fuck out of his 4runner and by some miracle his ball joints haven't failed.

Uniball make it harder for alignment? Not sure what you mean by ball joint correct alignment.

Sorry, when you lift your truck you throw the suspension geometry out of whack. The stock UCAs can't handle it so you can't get into proper alignment specs. The ball joint upper control arms and uniball type will both fix that. For some the ball joint fix the issue and are a cheaper option, uniball is overkill for them. If you plan on wheeling the truck uniball is a better option, but more expensive. Also some that live in salt prefer the ball joint as they're less exposed and for them it will last longer. In ca obviously not an issue, but figured I'd mention it.

If you can score a great deal on ball joint UCAs, they're a solid option, but the uniball are stronger, offer better articulation, correct alignment, and will allow you the full length of travel from extended travel coilovers.

Those BJ that camburg uses have a pretty surprising amount of articulation. 36 degrees is pretty good.

Best bet is probably calling up fab shops that make/work on hard core rock rigs.

That was going to be my next recommendation, lol. Most of my specialty tools I made from stuff around the house.

This fit a lot better than I expected! There's plenty of clearance behind the grill. I just need to figure out the top mounting arms for the bracket itself and then these two 12" pusher fans are going live. I didn't mount them onto the frontmost cooler itself because these wouldn't fit at 12" in size; plus, the mounting kit that comes with them goes between the fins of the coolers and I don't want all that weight hanging off of them. The purpose of these fans are for slow-moving trail runs where there isn't even speed or wind to optimize the flow of air to the coolers -- I read somewhere it was ~7mph but I could be wrong -- and will be nice in stop and go traffic. The fans will be toggled via a switch in the cab.
