is this place higher than Mountain High. I board once a week and just went last Tuesday and Mt High 7.5k elevation was 76 degrees. Usually theres snow on the way up there but it was all gone this last time for the exception of shady areas. Then again, Lytle Creek is full of trees it looks like, which may help preserve the snow. Fuck it. WE ARE DOING LYTLE CREEK. PERIOD.

lol. that sucks dude. My first time ever touching snow was 12-25-09, only 4 months ago and I fell in love with boarding. I bought a 6 pack of tix to Mt High and have been up about 10x this season, and to Bear about 10x too. Bear is amazing though, the drive up that hill just sucks, and kills my MPG.

If I'm coming I'm gunna have to stay out of the snow or anything 2 crazy. My back 2 tires are almost bald. I like being able to steer.

This is very true. Just a waste or space and extra weight. Kinda like brakes...
Seriously though, I dont want to end up getting stuck or something. 2wd with about 4/32nds tread left on the back?

im pretty sure the closures are for the camping grounds only, im pretty sure theres not much snow (if any) left at Lytle Creek, the only part that gets snow is near the closed gate after Lytle Creek turns in to Baldy Rd.

So what time you guys planning on meeting ?? I may ride up there early Friday evening and get a little fire going while I drink my ice cold "Yoo Hoo's"
