    Anyone planning on visiting Silverlake Sand Dunes next week? I'll be in the Ludington area from 8/6 - 8/12. Also planning to camp for a night in the Manistee National Forest. Could definitely use some recommendations as all my MI camping has been in the UP. Once.

    Went to Silverlake this morning. There was a Raptor stuck at the crest of test hill for at least an hour. After an unsuccessful winch attempt from an old Jeep, I brought out the Maxtrax and had him out in seconds. These things really are worth their weight in gold. First time I've needed all 4 to get a vehicle out.
