What does everyone think, fixable? Stock Goodyears. It's a slow leak from a pretty small hole. But sidewall:

Did it actually go into the carcass of the tire and leak air ? If not then forget about it, I found a nail in one of my tread blocks side, and it never made it down inside he tire carcass.. put some soap on it and see if it bubbles ? Patch it from the inside.. if it's leaking

The one time I was glad I opted for my E rated KO2s. Nail bent into the tread block side, tire was fine, no bubbles and holding air weeks later.

Any sidewall puncture will leave you begging for trouble. If you make a turn fast enough and that is a front tire, the stress could rip the already damaged wall; however small the hole. It sucks but that tire should be replaced.

That's ain't considered a pinhole if it's causing any type of leak. Generally you're not supposed to plug any type of hole on the sidewall of any tire. Most places won't even repair any kind of damage on the sidewall of any tire. Maybe if you find some hole in the wall tire shop. I personally wouldn't trust any sidewall repairs unless you don't drive the vehicle much.
