Are you trading that beautiful 2006..?? If so, check the private sale prices....they are going for a real good $......Maybe he is trying to give you a good deal by not paying enough for the trade-in..?? Never know..! Especially if your 2006 has low Kms...

My 2006 had 110,000 KMs in Oct 2015 when I traded.....got $14,000 (which is $16,000 to me by not paying taxes on that amount) Ontario is a full 13%...

No, I have someone who will buy it privately. I would never trade it in to the dealer, I know better than that. That price is out the door if I buy it without a trade.

I would say $1000 off MSRP is good. I tried my best to haggle but alas no luck .. tax exemption is always a huge plus :)

Thanks, he said I'd be getting the truck for $500 over their invoice price so I guess that's pretty close. Although I don't think they ever reveal their actual invoice price, just one that they want you to see as their invoice price.

I work for the auto group, so I can confirm that's the actual dealer cost

Perfect, I'm going to pull the trigger on this one then. Visited a few dealers and none of them were all that close to what these guys offered me on the truck that I wanted.

That's a really good price! Mine was pretty close to MSRP, But first time buying new car, no downpayment and no trade in. LOL I didn't give my self much to bargain with, but I did get them throw a couple things in for N/C. What dealership are you looking at?

Yeah I'm assuming you bought at Cochrane Toyota? They barely came down off the price for me. Too bad, because they are the closest dealer to me. What kind of things did you get thrown in with your truck? I PM'd you the dealer I'm dealing with.

Could you PM me the dealer name as well please? $2700 is an excellent deal. How much admin fee does that dealer charge?

They look good! Where did you get them from? And what was your price? It's one of the additions I'm trying to price out right now.

Good luck, sounds like a fair deal. You can always ask for some extras to try to sweeten the pot, but the deal sounds reasonable for the area. Some extras to consider: factory bed mat, tub style floor mats etc. Also check on what kind of deal for parts, and accessories after the purchase. Post pics when you bring it home!

That's a great deal, wonder if it is because the 2018s are rolling in? @the_dau do you know if there are any factory incentives? I was happy to get just a hair over $2000 off and an extra $2000 on my trade in plus accessories at cost. Then again the sales manager is a childhood friend.

They are Clazzio. Just do a search here, and you will find a huge thread on Clazzio, with lots of pictures. They are sold out of US, so pricing is in US $, and they recently raised their prices. There is a $75? discount code for TacomaWorld members. As you are in BC, you might save some money by shipping (free in continental US) to somewhere close in US, assuming you go there once in a while. Pricing varies depending on what you want. Check clazzio.com

as far as I know they dont offer incentives for the Tacomas. Id imagine it's because they don't have trouble selling them and they have a decently low profit margin already
