I really want the chassis, but $10k is too rich for my blood. Maybe one day :pout:

This is sad state of affairs. Bull$hit that there are vultures circling for your "parting out".

I understand that priorities change and life changes also. Suggest you finish it and then sell it; then you have completed that project and moved on...
Incomplete projects like this lead to:
    1. coulda-shoulda-woulda
    2. resentment of "giving it away"

I could finish it... if I either put it into long-term storage and got back to it when I start making a realistic salary/wage, or continue slowly working on it as the money comes around. Either way at the rate I'm going it would take another 6-10 years.

Ironically I think I've already come to both of those feelings. Coulds-woulda-shoulda... left it the hell alone and not cut it up. When I picked up the rear axle just before this mess began, at the same parts yard was a Lunar Mist 1st gen extra cab body and bed like mine that was $500. Had I known I was going to take it as far as I did, I could have sold my perfectly running truck and likely have been done with the project by now.

Turdbox? Are you talking about when I link your truck? :spy:

I was hoping so more than anyone. But it has been a huge distraction over the years and I need to essentially 'free myself' from the things that are holding me back from getting through college and getting into a career so I can move on with my life.

Sucks to see you need to sell, I was excited to see where it ended up and watch you build it in the garage. But I totally understand and respect you for having your priorities in line. Good luck on the sale and classes

I'd donate $100 to see this run. I know TW frowns on this sort of thing, but if someone were to setup a go fund me or whatever I'm in.

Sounds like priorities are correct with this statement.

Stopped by Addicted's shop today to grab a bumper and saw this thing lurking in the back. It's even more impressive in person. Whoever gets this has got an amazing platform to work with
