Fenix TK35UE is my all time fave, great bedside light, wide even flood beam with brightness settings from a few lumens up to 2000, which will light up a block.

 

Olight makes the best tiny but bright & flexible light, the S1-r Baton. A single cr123, always have one in a pocket.

 

Came out pretty good...and no charge from the dealer 'cause it took three hours

Klarus G30 is one of the brightest but takes 3 18650s so it's big big. I just bought a Sunwayman c23c because I wanted USB charging capabilities. It's small and I'm sure it will be bright. Shipping says will be here tomorrow so took about a week.

Couldn't find it cheaper anywhere and looks like perfect size for truck. Get yourself some good 18650s like nitecore, Panasonic's or the red LGs.

Finished up my @mattgecko tool box light together with my hood light kit. Mounted a toggle in the tool box. Did a quick tap into the hood light fuse link. Awesome lights. Now can easily see in bed and tool box at night.

 

This do the self cling kinda thing or you have to work air bubbles out? Been waiting for one of these to come out...in glass nice find!!

 

I like these fogs. Post up how the throw/distance is on these. Read a lot of complaints on here about not getting good distance with upgraded fog bulbs.

 

I use the Streamlight 88033 ProTac. It's lasted me over 2 years so far with daily use at the shop. I also have a brand new one in the truck tool bag. It fits easily in my pocket, takes AA batteries, and has good output. $40

I like the ideal of this but I'am also afraid it would look funny with the Hondo knobs I have installed. There would be a much larger gap around the knobs.

 

Will do...Im concerned that they're too bright though and might piss off omcoming traffic in which case I'll have to find some dimmer ones

 

You're on point about that one. I've seen a pic on here somewhere (maybe a 100 pages ago, lol) of that protector and Hondo knobs. Not pleasing my OCD, at all.

 

It is thin- may fit under the Hondo knobs without affecting the push functions. Also note how much larger the cutouts are than my stock knobs. It may fit right over yours. I will measure the holes and post here.
