    PS...Firestone has the WORST alignment techs I've ever met. At one point I had lifetime alignment from them and went though 6 alignments in 4 different stores in the Bay Area across 3 months. They all sucked. One guy told me me he couldn't align it because my truck needed new outer tie rod ends. I looked at him and said "oh you mean those 3/4" heims joints that are double sheered? Show me." We walked out to my truck and he pointed like a monkey and said it had play. Again "show me." Needless to say I got a full refund on my lifetime alignment and firestone can stick to robbing soccer moms.

    The last time I went there, I had loose lug nuts (dealer kept stealing my socket), had it put in the tech notes....came back when they called, didn't even walk in, just a gut feeling...walked out and unscrewed 4/6 lug nuts on both front wheels, walked back in, tossed them on the desk and asked for my money back. The master tech in the garage watched the whole thing and face palmed so hard...I walked back out after my refund, asked for his torque wrench and did it myself. They really are worthless.
