Grandma passed away, so I gotta help redo this house. Started hacking all the stuff down in the backyard. She liked to plant but not to maintain.
List off the top of my head:
    -Tons of yard work
-Possibly knockout the built in brick bbq or just fix it up
    -paint the interior of house
-If I get really bored, remove popcorn ceiling
-Tons of junk to be trashed, cleaning out house and side yard

Haha yeah worst part is the popcorn ceiling, that and I wish I lived in arizona so I could just burn all the trees and stuff I cut down rather than wait for trash to come

I cringe when i see this. I'm pretty sure this is how my dad got knocked off a ladder about 18 months ago. Luckily it was just some broken bones. Nothing that wouldn't heal.

Got it halfway filled up in a little over 8 hours. I've got a lot of grading, backfill, landscaping, and deck building ahead of me.

Driveway interlude over , back to our regularly scheduled programming

At the modern style house I'm building , while we were away the plumbing , electrical and insulation was completed , zero clearance fireplace goes in tomorrow , drywall installation starts Friday

We're installing a bit of backing and some interior chases

This is how I add backing for toilet paper holders / towel racks etc

Just some scrap plywood crown stapled in the stud bays flush to the face of the studs

    That one looks large 24-27?

I am trying to convince the wife that we need one but so far she is not buying it.

We had a Coleman inflatable spa for a year until today. It kept leaking air and I could not find the leak. I had to air it up every day. Tonight the pump went out so it was drained and cut up into pieces. We will get a real spa soon so I will have 220V 50A GFCI run for the future spa and 110V 20A GFCI for the future (space for a overground pool).

I am betting I will have to upgrade to 200A service so it will cost a few pennies.

It is a 24' and now that it is in, might be a little big for our yard but oh well it's there now.

Mine was my wife convinced me lol

Our pump is running off a 110 GFI with a 12 gauge electric cord. I buried it in the ground just under the sod.
