One thing I hate is lying ,but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. They stated it was a "typo". Everybody does make mistakes. I will suggest an upgrade fee of 50% since it was there mistake and they mislead us. I'll try to do everything in power to make it right. I apologize in advance for any mishaps.

I already said it's crappy on their part. But I wouldn't expect anything more then a refund.

Ok so yesterday I filled the cooler with 20lbs of ice.

Today I added 8 bottles of water, 8 monsters, and 8 beers and then packed it with ice to the brim. The cooler stats in the bed of my truck and I'm going to use it like normal and see how long the ice lasts.

One thing I'm very concerned about is the gasket.....it doesn't freaken make contact between the cooler lid and base....at all! That is unacceptable!

I can't recommend this cooler based off of the gasket situation....the seal is like the bread and butter basics of a rotomold!

Check my pic here to see the chalk test I performed.

I'm going to contact Frosty. I'm really not interested in shopping this back but maybe they can send me a new gasket.

yea when I go to open the lid on mine, if ive just drained the water from the ice with the lid open and close the lid and the drain, that initial warm air cools off and contracts and creates a strong enough vacuum with that gasket to where I literally cant force the lid open if I tried! surprised me at first haha. I was like, well fuck me how am I getting my beers back out now?!

Well I guess the rep is reading are thread!

    HI John,

I feel like I have provided above standard customer service up to this point so I'm somewhat disappointed you would think I potentially lied to you about the 65 and you're only willing to "give me the benefit of the doubt". I'm not sure why you would be expecting more than prepaid shipping label with a full refund? If you truthfully feel like you are owed something then I can provide a tumbler at no charge but I'm not going to give you 50% off of the upgrade price.
