I'm hating this weather. Reminds me of my Virginia days. I pay expensive ass tax to not deal with this much humidity.

Seems nicer this morning though. Haven't been outside yet though. :pccoffee:

Anyone have any problems with random loss of power? Got the truck back from the dealer Tuesday evening and then last night getting off the freeway I gave it gas it didn't go I let off got back on and it went same thing just happened getting to work this morning. Its not throwing a code though my thoughts are plugged cat, bad O2, or something along those lines. i don't remember the speeds but it wasn't fun and definitely has me thinking/worried.

I read somewhere else a guy had a random intermittent issue that you just described, my guess would be the Electonic Accelerator pedal since our trucks use Throttle By Wire.

What helps me bros is that I'll take a towel, about the size of a "dish towel", completely soak it in cold water, wring it out until there is no more dripping water, open a window/door for breeze of any kind, and when going to sleep throw it on your back/chest/side or whatever way you sleep!!!:fistbump: It MAY NOT help when you are out and about, but it may help you sleep a little better?! :notsure::thumbsup: I've been doing that for YEARS now and it never seems to fail me in helping me go to sleep on HOT nights!!! PLUS, you can save a little bit on the electric bill as well!!! ALTHOUGH, sometimes I will throw a fan on as well hitting me with the wet towel on!!! Hope this helps you guys/gals sleep a little better at night???

I had a Dodge Shadow (NOTE: a VERY EASY car to work on and, believe it or not, pretty damn reliable... I had it for about 12yrs worth until the tranny gave in, but I also believe that that was my fault) that randomly would INSTANTLY LOSE POWER as you're driving, say, down the freeway like I all of a SUDDEN SLAMMED on the brake pedal!!! It was a SUPER weird feeling whenever it did that?! I was getting ready to look in on it and it just DIED as I was going down the freeway going around 65ish with everyone else doing the same. I was fortunate enough to have a "quick exit" and avoid a MAJOR accident because that is how quickly my vehicle slowed down. So, long story short, it ended up being some distributor sensor module (I don't remember the actual name anymore, but I do remember it mates with the distributor shaft)!!! But, THAT did throw a code though whereas yours is not?

Anyways, I guess that's why I posted my experiences with my old car (Dodge) because of Pabloeeto's post. It just reminded me of what happened to me and my Dodge.

I don't THINK there is anything like that on our trucks, just saying that when it comes to something like that, I would also think about things like the alternator or spark issues (plugs/wires) or things of that nature.

COULD be this as well, but I believe it will typically throw a CEL? I THINK mine did? I don't remember since it's been almost 5yrs now since that happened to me.

BUT, this is a good point as well.

I love peoples excuses when they're broke and call me dreaming for stuff.

"Any reason you're not ready to order today?"
    - "Ah man, I'll call you back and order the middle of the week."
It's fucking Thursday bro, middle of the week was yesterday

It was also completely critical I was aware his 2006 Hummer H3 is a 4x4... He said "H3 4 by 4" about ten times :der:
