I have never been a Mazda fan, bad experiences I suppose. It'll be Honda or Toyota for me, or an Acura in decent condition.

    Sure looks nice though.

thanks man! yea I want something w/ a backseat so I can toss the kid in there if need be.... maybe a WRX, or a Civic Si or something fun I can still drive around

I even found a clean 04 Subaru Forester w/ manual trans that would be pretty cool to just toss the whole family / dog in and drive around

I'm about to do a dual battery set up does anyone have any suggestions on which kit to use. National Luna's looks more straight forward and I have more confidence that it's compatible with the Spod. But Bluesea dual battery system in cheap but more complex.
    Any thoughts or suggestions?

Ill be doing a dual battery soon. But Im not going to link them together. Im going to mount the 2nd battery in the bed, and use the solar panel to charge that battery. The battery will have its own blue sea fuse panel, and only be used for rear lighting. My sPod had a battery voltage monitor in it already, for the main battery.

I think there are some companies that make a dual battery system. @Crom and @Subway4X4 are the people that come to mind that might have them.

I will be probably be linking 2 30W panels, mounted on top of the plano boxes that I have. I will link them, then run into the bed, to the battery.

This is in the future, because I have stopped buying stuff for a while. Need to focus on camping, and using the stuff I have, and then I will see what else I want/need

see my i would just follow that route but i want to be able to remove my solar panel so its not on the truck all the time. that's why I'm sold on the dual battery set up.

i mean you can remove it, but why? out of sight, out of mind. Make it so that no one can see it.

I might be crazy but i have to idea i would make it a way for it to mount to my hood because all that's unused real estate that i want to take advantage of. i have zero idea how it would look or if its practical but i want to try it out or attempt to.
