Environmental Consulting. I did all SPCC, site security, and storm water plans (master & site specific) for numerous operators everywhere in the western half of the state. Big ones were Halcon, Enerplus, Statoil, Petro-Hunt, among a shit ton of others. That was back in the glory days when rig count was over two hundo and money was everywhere. I left at the turn of 2015 to come down here.

Unfortunately, a lot of people lost their jobs. Fortunately, the bust did help weed out the majority of shit bags that rolled in with the boom. Hopefully you'll be out of there soon and on your terms.

We have an office in Spearfish, SD that still works up there. The Front Range is definitely our busiest office throughout the Rocky Mountain region, though.

Your absolutely right, it has cleared out the worst of the group. I don't mind the travel, hell I don't even mind Williston or ND as a whole that much. Just was the scenario for why I had to come up that was frustrating.

We are still so short staffed, I can't even cover my Wyoming district because I am to busy helping this one lol.

It did eventually sell out, but not nearly as fast as years passed, news agencies even picked up the story, must have been a shock to their system lol

kayla came across that last night too...bad ass edit!

we were up there Thursday-Sunday. stayed away from the main trail runs and camped outside of town, but always stop in to say hi to vendors and others we know... ran corkscrew>hurricane>partial California>picayune/placer gulch>mineral creek Friday, then checked out clear lake and the red mountain mining district Saturday

always a good time down there

These are the types of events I'm excited to be a part of again. Next summer is going to be a busy wheeling season for me :D

Good thing I started putting my resume out there about a month or so ago... Cause the President of our company just told us all we are shutting down. But guess who has interviews already scheduled :thumbsup:
