    I received the raw aluminum parts today - a little sooner than expected. I will start beadblasting on Monday evening, then powdercoating throughout the week.

    Took me about 5 months to get it mounted but... Looks good. I just eye balled it when mounting, so I'm sure someone will call me out on it being crooked.

    Double sided mounting tape from Home Depot. I got some "extra strong" stuff, but I'm sure the regular would've worked just fine

    I know I literally just whored this thing out, but for anyone who's doubting the double sided tape, I really wouldn't. I didn't trust myself to tap the letters perfectly...

    Almost positive I used the exact same stuff that @HomerTaco uses on all his grills from home depot. It took me about half a bottle of goo-gone to get the BAMF letters off that were on my grill before.

    Just went camping in a thunderstorm and so far so good.

    SolidWorks - I use it almost every day at work so it's what I'm most familiar with. Any simple CAD software would work though.
