I have to ask because I just dont know and am curious...never rode in one (but yes knew they existed).....having the engine bay inside the van had to be hot as hell and loud for the driver huh? or was it usually well insulated?

Definitely a little big loud, but actually with the insulation I put on there the heat isn't too bad. Not sure what they came with from the factory.

How do you like the R nine T Scrambler? Pretty much every review I have read has been positive.

What do you think of the 2017? Did you upgrade from the 14-16?

I'm really happy with it. The riding position is super comfy for me, and it's super responsive with the shaft drive, not not mention a lot easier to maintain than a chain. I'm a new rider, so the traction control and abs have come in handy a few times..... I'm planning on replacing the suspension with an Ohlins cartridge up front and a full Ohlins rear coilover spring with resi. From what I've heard this makes a huge difference in handling.

Thanks. We're only a week into it, but I am loving it. I had a 2011 STi, and she had a 2015 WRX, they did a really good job making this car better than both. The synchro/clutch work make shifting more enjoyable than my 2011, and the updates/noise abatement inside are fantastic. I wish they had bumped power with the refresh, but 305 is more than enough for her to get into trouble, haha.
