I'm sick of this argument Evan Williams or Early Times... Done, be drunk and happy.

    Side note,
Pissed as hell cause I cant seem to get my LED mounting bracket torqued enough to place on. Any suggestions?

Early Times is good. Used to drink that shit like water right after high school!

What bracket, for which mount location?

I wish I had some pics, I've got a pelfreybilt Led Light bar insert and it seems the mounting brackets were just welded a little to close to each other. Maybe an inch or two so. I've tried to torque them outwards to slide the bar into place however, it doesn't sit flush nor near the cutout at all... Was wondering if anyone else ran into a same problem like such.

    The lower valance mount?

Oh, you mean inside the bumper. I see, now, that you have a Pelfrey front bumper. My bad.

    Maybe @mwc273 can help here

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
my generic solution for mounting stuff:

Gap= shim with washers to fill gap.

Tight= sand, bend, or grind til it fits.

A little crooked= overdrill mounting holes or bend slightly to align it better.

Really Crooked= beat it straight with big hammer.

Look at an OEM "TRD" skid plate. Notice where it ends in relation with bottom of plate bumper is....

Big gap that just doesn't fit in such a way that it would actually work.

That one is going away. Bumper and skids arrive on Monday. Then the work starts.

Skids may be near the last, if not THE last thing to do....

Gonna get the front figured out, then start on rear bumper. Thinking hi clearance. Maybe not. Gotta look at this one a bit longer.
