On my truck, 315's just barely clear everything after cutting and pounding everything besides relocating the cab mount and tubbing. So, 1" on my truck would make a big difference. My cab mount would need relocating and firewall and upper front inner fender tubbed a little. Those TSL's look more manageble though, because they are more narrow than 315's. I do feel the need to step up an inch in tire size, just a lot of work for me.

Mine are specced at 34.6inches and I rub in the wheel well at full compression, I've hammered it out a bit, but it would take some serious deformation to clear them completely and its not worth and long term structural issues from just smashing everything out with a hammer. If I wanted something larger than 35 it would likely have to be tubbed.

Sub'd for future awesomeness! Sorry about the first truck, I've seen pictures of it all over. Glad you're going to build one again!

    Going from this

    To this...

There seems to be a lot of rubbing. I can barely turn actually. Do guys usually have to trim anything to fit 36's?

Spacers and drop brackets should solve that

    Side note are those methods?
Edited: JK zoomed in and saw it on the rim

How long did it take you to strip the interior bare to be ready for the deadening?

I had some 15mm spacers made up to clear the shocks.
    Thanks!
First time doing it, maybe 2 hours. Having stripped the interior many times before, probably an hour using power tools.

Fenders cut and 36's on with no lift and sagging negative springs in the rear. Getting there...

Ha! Not even close. I need to unfuck the rear. The camper shell has really been causing some issues. First it was the bedsides spreading from the weight. Then the rear leafs remain at a constant negative arch. Riding the bumps on the regular.

After measuring horizontally they are right at 36" and vertically with weight they're about 35 1/4"

That's just big enough to where it would be a pain to fit on my truck. lol

Got these on and had to clear them since I’m not running a lift.

Used some superbumps with spacers to prevent tires from chewing up the top of wheel well

Took apart leaf pack to clean up

BORA 3/4” wheel spacers. They are hub centric. 106mm to 108mm
Traced out the cut and left tabs to fold in
Used Vice Grips and some flat wood to grasp and fold under

    Then the rear

    3/4” spacers on

Off to get her feet straightened. Also had them push the caster as far foward to clear the firewall. They were able to get over 5* of caster both side and camber within spec.

Shortly after I got the front bumper back on the wires up the fog lights to factory wiring and switch. Did fog light anytime mod again.

Then random photos from the desert
