How do your core support cracks look? have you ever tried to fix them?

Any other places on the frame you've had cracking that you caught before they catastrophically failed?

my core support is uglier than a sack full of assholes and is temporally bolted together in key locations, ideally I should be using button head bolts but I didn't have any laying around. Lately I've been spending time cutting and shaping a template to make a brace on the lower support side that will bolt together to make a sammich on both sides..

you got it. I gotta say, that's one impressive trail fix to get off that trail. It is not an easy trail out of there.

The frame is fine. but I should also mention if you do a lot of washboard roads like what's at Death Valley then you probably should also pay attention to your upper radiator support. Mine has cracks/tears in several places that I know is from those roads.

my Hella horns have rattled so much that they have caused some cracks
    20170803_195422.jpg

Driver side, passenger isn't as bad but definitely getting there..
    20170803_195555.jpg

And lastly for now, another victim of the Death Valley washboard roads. The broken hood catch thingy. Fixed with one from an older Corolla from Pick A Part

How did you reinforce your front bumper mounts? I can tell mine are cracking and I'm considering options to beef everything up, but I don't know if I'll have time to do the fix before my next trip though.
