    So about six months ago I got a letter from a lawyer informing me of a class action lawsuit against my employer for some unpaid ot, started by some disgruntled employee that I never heard of. Big company so there's no way to know everyone. Anyway, was about to throw it out, but decided to read it and try to decipher all the fancy legal talk. Turns out I wasn't really joining but just in to collect a partial recovery that would just go to the lawyers if I didn't sign and return by a certain date.

    Knew it would be some bs like this .... this check came today.

    It was for a temp agency i was working for, for like 3 months till i got hired on full time. I guess they werent paying sick time or something and got busted.
