Howdy all...............Old guy here.............I've had a 05 Tacoma TRD since 05............I put 207,000 on my 95 Ford F-150 without much problem . I'm sure the Tacoma will do that and then some..............In the meantime I'll be checking in asking questions and lurking trying to learn. My TRD has 77,000 miles now and its time to start learning about it and repairing it myself when needed.....
I live in Beckley WV...........I was a coal miner for 30 years so gettin dirty is normal for me...................Thanks..............Bob

Hey guys! My name is Austin and I'm glad to see a site dedicated to such a fantastic vehichle. My 02 Prerunner 2WD has been great since I bought it in 07. I really enjoy the prerunner style trucks and finally have the means to start making one of my own. Can't wait to see what all there is to learn!:D

Sure have'nt.....Changed to air filter once.............I've always changed the oil and used Mobil1 oil every 5000 or so miles. Sometime let her go to 6000 (alway have an excuse). I have kept the 3 u joints greased but have not had the auto transmission serviced yet.............I changed the front pads with OEM toyota brake pads at 60,000 not because they were worn, just thought I should. I still have the old ones that I could use in an emergency for another 20,000 or so. I suppose the anti freeze maybe getting old also...............................

    Thanks for letting me join!
