After eating more of it, I determined it was nothing special. Still good, but not my favorite. Probably still gonna go there because that pizza was a little under $10.

Oddly enough it was their cheese. For some reason I was getting flash backs to Chuck E. Cheese.

I remember a mom and pop's called nichol's pizza and they had pretty thin crust pizza, and the cheese was thicker than the crust and somehow it was tough. The puzza had a pretty good flavor but it was a jaw work out to get thru that cheese... But me and 3 other guys still killed 2 16", an order of fried pickles and chilli cheese fries haha

My fave pizza place back in the day was Cloverleaf Tavern in Tacoma. They had pizza that looked just like this, with that thin greezy crust coming up the sides. I would pay top dollar ($17.32 give or take) for that recipe.

She actually bought me a kettle grill to go with it thinking about that. She got a cheaper grill (which is fine since it will be JUST for this purpose) adds to the price but it's another grill so I can't complain lol.

Damn I love this website. Just when I think I have exhausted its usefulness a little gem like this comes up. Did you know there was a Cheese thread? And even a chicken coop thread. That being said I have been on a Pizza quest for about a year and have been getting my technique down pretty good. I'll keep looking back here for some ideas!

This site has it all! That's why it's my main social media. Mostly truck stuff, but if I feel like talking about anything else, I can!

We finally got something better then Pizza Hut within easy driving range! Now there is a Mellow Mushroom in Somerset. I still have to drive 45 miles to get there, but it's worth it at times...

we had one about 20 miles from my house for a couple years but it just closed. They were giving huge discounts to everyone i guess cuz u were always there like 3 hours for e pizza cuz they were understaffed and under, uh, the influence haha.

soft pretzel crust ftw (also i hear they have great soft pretzels)

If u put several slices of pizza in a glass dish, does that make it a pizza caserole? If so, here is a pizza caserole
