Got a link for the roof rack on relentless? I don't think they make any racks from what I have seen.

Can't find it on their site, but you can see it on this 3rd gen. Message them on here and they can probably give more details

Looks good man, would be cool if they can make that.

Growing pains of a company... sounds like it's time to invest a little more into operations & customer service rather than focusing solely on the product. They'll need to grow their customer base if they plan to grow their business (and their products look solid). The increased demand from media/marketing won't help too much if your business can't meet the expectations that you advertise. You just end up losing customers that way... Hope things work out! I have some CBI products on my mod list for the future.

Was looking hard at their front bumper in aluminum and was about to pull the trigger. Mind=changed after this thread. Gotta start the search over again. Pretty lame.. hate shit customer service. At least they could've kept you in the loop and not made you reach out to them every time.. Then you wouldn't have had half of your argument, but they didn't and will now lose business. It isn't hard to shoot someone a quick email, call and leave a 15 second voicemail or have a 2 minute conversation and express that they dropped the ball and take accountability. This would have alleviated most of the reason you are pissed.

Exactly what I was thinking... if you've ever hung out in a fab shop, you'll see it's like 3 dudes with dirty hands trying to run all aspects of the business. These fab shops are full of grease monkeys, you can't expect them to have a real-time workload-que, tied into their clienteling software to let you know via automatic email that your order will take 6-8 weeks. They aren't Amazon logistic people, they're welders in a shop who are trying to make things happen. When you place an order they think "yep, that takes me about 3 days plus powdercoat", not "3 days plus powdercoat plus the 15 other things I am trying to deliver on". I agree that if you're as big as CBI, you gotta invest in some logistic and email technology, but these types of businesses were born in a fab shop.

There is also the respect that needs to come when somebody gives you 1000 dollars up front, you need to be up front with them. Being a fab shop guy is not an excuse for lack of communication.

I work 70 hours a week and have a lot on my mind pretty much all the time, and I could still find time to send some email responses. Especially if I was getting paid for it.

Don't think they come on here much. I messaged them about how to improve the design of the 4runner prinsu racks to fit a lightbar flush and they never responded.

Yeah Idk why. It wasn't that hard to modify the fairing to fit it.

I have said this before and I will say it again. I went to Pelfreybilt website, placed my order, next day I had a tracking order, and 1 day later I picked up a box full of bumpers and skids. Now that is awesome service. Thanks Pelfreybilt.

I will be going Pelfrey for my front when the time comes.

I got tracking and an email from Satin for a fuse box mount the next business day. They are definitely on top of taking care of their customers.

a lot of bad ass stuff
I've dealt with 3 companies/outfits for large items. I've gotten all of my skids and sliders from RCI. Polite, helpful, and not to long of a wait.
I received my HC rear bumper from Billy at Bruteforce fab. He's a very small operation and last I knew was pretty much a one man show. My bumper fell behind on the estimated shipping date, and he did stop to communicating for a short bit. BUT for a legit valid reason. His father passed away from cancer during the time that my order was in with him. Thats a legit reason to pause communication. I remember when he got back in touch with me since I had left a few messages. I was pretty upset, then I heard what he had been going through, I changed my feelings real fast, as I too i had recently lost my stepdad to cancer couple of months before this. We talked to one another as humans should, and I was left knowing that he was gearing back up to get to work and the world continued to turn. I got my bumper, awesome product, and he answered several of my calls after I received the bumper, to answer questions and email pictures of the cutting process. He even sent out additional hardware that I requested. From my personal experience with Brute force I will buy again from them and would also recommend them to friends. Then we have Pelfreybilt. If money wasn't an option everything on my truck would be from them. Top notch product and the customer service to match. When I was getting ready to order my front bumper I had tons of questions. Satin is/was awesome and was responding to FB messages from me, well past business hours, answering my questions, easing my anxiety about such a large order, and working to earn my business. Thats dedication and their customer service I can respect.

Op sorry to hear about your troubles. If you're still in search of a rear bumper, I would suggest Pelfreybilt or Bruteforce.

I ordered the prinsu rack back in July and was given an estimated ship date of August 16th. I'm hoping I have better luck than you.

CBI is a big company now, and they already have people behind desks not only in |Idaho but in multiable states suchh as Utah! so they are already big enough and should have a department or at least one person who handles this sort of stuff you know? I know that the majority of the workers are in the back fabricating stuff, however they dont realize that they are being steered by a blind captain.
