Yea I did, it wasn't fun at all. Was pretty drained at that point so my reps weren't very impressive.

Alright, well I just did my plyo X for the day... Surprised that I was able to make it through most of it. I will more than likely be dog tired in the morning when I go for Shoulders & Arms / Ab Ripper... I will keep you updated. Everyone make sure to take your supplements and take your before photos!

Alright, just finished my second time doing Chest & Back / Ab Ripper... Still can't believe how HARD this one is...!? I don't know if I will ever be able to complete this whole thing. (I did the whole workout when it came around in Phase 3 last time though :woot:)

Also, I will make a photobucket album showing my progress. I will try and get pictures every two weeks (My gf can't help but laugh at me when I am trying to do my "poses" haha)

Well... I dogged it a little bit this week. I did not do Yoga X. I have come to the conclusion that I hate the yoga and it just feels like a chore when I do it. I have decided that I am going to do Cardio X in its place.

I have just recently got back into doing this for the second time and I made a little addition to the workout which is helping out alot. I purchased some powerblocks adjustable dumbells which work great. I went through the first time mostly with bands and some weights. These replace 9 sets of dumbells and are very comfortable. i looked at the bowflex adjustable weights and after some research, the plates come lose and have to be sent back for repair. These are solid steel and reviews have been nothing but positive. Very quick change of weights, very comfortable grips.

What brand are they and how high do they go in weight? I've been thinking about getting some but I've only seen the Bowflex ones. I ain't spend 400 bux on those friggen things. How much were yours?

I got the U50's for right now. They had a special at Dick's Sporting Goods for 299.00 a week ago. Here is a link
the 50 pounds is good enough for each arm in this workout right now IMO. If you need more weight, you could always add on to it. I had some extra tax return money so I dropped it on them. I think they are great, much more compact than the bowflex ones (which they had there too so I could try them out)

Awesome man thanks! I didn't even know they made sets that went up to 130lbs per hand. They look a lot sturdier than the blowflex ones. Def will come in handy for us apartment guys.
