Driving into work, had a rain shower and sun shine at the same time. Of course I looked for a rainbow. Yep, there was one.

The end of the rainbow was dead center of my plant. Not sure what to think of that?

 

That's awesome. Don't think I've ever seen the end of one or been close to the end of one. I'd buy a lotto ticket

 

Raining when sunny: Sunshower, or, "The Devil is beating his wife". In the Deep South anyway. learned that awhile ago and now use it when I can.

 

I woke up today thinking, "There is no way I can learn something new today". I was wrong.

 

By Deep South you mean Alabama and that area?

 

You guys need to stop this "deep south" referencing, I'm already wondering if your parents were slightly closer than 2nd cousins...

 

We're in Texas. The Deep South consists of the cousin humping states to the east

 

yup. Deep South, or South East ish.

But I'm from Nebraska... so there was cattle and corn involved somehow

 

You ever get that amp installed?

 

It got boxed up with the new speakers and buried in garage for a bit. I did get it out a few days ago and on my next weekend it's going in. Still gotta figure out how to mount the new speakers, but I'll run everything while it's all apart.

 

You need an 8" sub to round out the sound?

 

Gonna see how the new setup is first, but I was looking at one of those self powered under seat subs for bottom end fill. I know they aren't that great but should fill in the range nicely.

 

Which speakers do you have?

 

Didn't leave the house on time and it's to late to stop in and see friends in bloomington,IN.
So I'm camped out in a rest area just south of Louisville with my .45 on my lap.

Gonna grab a 5 hr nap and resume in the morning.

I used to just pull into hotel parking lots when needed and sleep in car there. Felt safer anyway

 

I'd want some place that has a camera. At least they can roll back the tape to find out who rolled you.
