Hmm what u need help with.

 

Right now my footwell LEDs and puddle lights are wired to the dome light. I would like to add a rocker switch to control the footwells (as well as some other interior lights) as well as have them tied to the dome light. The dome light works on a switched ground wire.

I believe i need to wire a diode between the switches to restrict current flow to only the interior LEDs and not the puddle lights.

Not much of a solder jockey, but I know enough to be dangerous. Computers are more of my thing. I make signs and stickers for a living. A circuit rider was a preacher that would travel from town to town and when my dad started the business (I bought him out a few years ago) he had a mobile sign shop in a van.

 

Im in the same boat. Better with computers. Dangerous with circuits. I did swap my LEDs on my gauge cluster, and have gotten some basic stuff done on my own. But getting into relays/diodes/etc, im getting out of my comfort zone.

I made it to Cabela's by 7:19. Traffic on I81 North through the construction zones was complete crap. I was only in the store for about 10 minutes. I knew where the tents were, and I believe I grabbed the last North Face Stormbreak 2 they had. Heading south-west towards home on I81 the horizon was lighting up like a light show with this storm that is finally heading east. Made it home about 10 minutes before it started pouring.

 

U should know where the tents are. Hell we were just there. And u talk about my patch collection. I now know u have a tent collection.
