Does anyone have experience with this tonneau? I thought the leaking I first noticed was due to a pretty bad storm I drove through after the install, but even in light rain while sitting in the driveway there is water getting in. When I run through the automatic car wash there is no water in the bed at all though. Upon inspection it also doesn't seem to be pulling down tight against the bed rail near the tailgate but the brackets are adjusted to be as tight as they go. Any ideas?

I have one. The dealer installed it when I bought it and it leaked terribly. I adjusted it myself and it has been pretty much water tight since. I also noticed as the weather warmed up it helped the seals soften up and seal better to the bed rails. Initially there were some dents in the seals from sitting in the packaging. I was going to get rid of the cover but now that it is sealing better I am happy with it. I like that I can remove it completely when I need to and reinstall it easily when I am done hauling stuff around I just have to take my time reinstalling and line everything up. Try messing with it a bit before giving up on it. Let us know how it goes.

Yeah mine was leaking like that when the dealer put it on. Adjust it during daylight hours so you can see any gaps. Also make sure the cleats towards the cab are sliding all the way up into the brackets when tightening them down otherwise they can shift while driving and all your time aligning will wasted and it will leak again. After you get it right a time or two the process gets easier. I was frustrated too but once you get it adjusted it really is a nice cover.

Mine seals real well....had to re-tighten after a few months.... The handles in the rear can be adjusted tighter...also the front ones...

The cracks in the front bed rail can be filled with silicone if you did not get the foam gap fillers...!!

    Mine is really water tight...

EDIT... I've got the Solid Fold 2.0...... Not sure if mine is different than yours OP..!

How do you tighten the rear handles?
U mean that 3/4" up and down play on the back 3rd panel can be reduced?

In the end of the rear handles there is an8mm nut.... tighten that to tighten the grip of the rear end.... The cover should NOT lift up easily.....

Look in the end of the handles...!!

    THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

I just seen this, took me less than 1 minute to snug the topper down on both sides. Not only is the slack gone when lifted, the rear SEAL is better now!

turned out to be a 10mm deep socket, but thats no biggie.

Yeah, after I posted that I thought...you dumb ass.... It's a 10mm......... But I knew you would figure it out. Yes, the rear seal will be way better for sure.

    Glad to help.

Make sure your brackets are installed in the right holes.

Can you tighten the speed clips toward the tailgate somehow? Mine leaks bad there from not enough of a tight seal...if I cannot I am sending it back. Very disappointed
