Have you seen How GM vehicles rust? I've had a couple GM vehicles, they all had tons of small problems, and usually some large problems as well. They are worse when it comes to rust in my opinion. The frame and body on my Chevy blazer was a piece of crap, constant rust.

And GM will tell you to Fuck your hat. At least Toyota has done something about the frame rust problems.

I have had GM buy back two vehicles. The first was as easy as could be and the one last year was challenging but they did the right thing in the end - after about 7 months of back and forth. They gave me a year newer Yukon XL (brand new) and one that was about $3k more expensive.

I don't care about power seats as much as I do just that they are height adjustable. Still kind of crazy that even the limited didn't come with them.

Seats with more adjustments would be a welcomed addition

I would be checking out power seats for sure. Still wouldn't trade right away though. Would wait till the power seats and diesel came along and wait 2 more years then HELL YES SIGN ME UP FOR ANOTHER 7 YEARS OF PAYMENTS!! :annoyed::laugh:

I would wait till 2023 when the 4th gen comes out with a 10 speed automatic transmission, 400 HP turbo charged engine, built in wifi, heated steering wheel, and a cool box for my water bottles and coke cans.
That would defiantly be worth the wait.

So is there a summary of the updates for the 2018? I'm not gonna read through all this BS about the brakes

Page 20, post number 388. The rest of the talk is just speculation. Also somewhere in here are a few pics of new grilles. That's about it so far.

Here you go bud (click the link for my post with the grille pics and package updates, since apparently some don't understand this concept, just incase you were wondering)

What's the chatter on the 2018's?

I'm pretty sure toyota knows how to put them in a Tacoma. I just think the guys at toyota are scratching their heads wondering why the fuck someone would need power seats in a small pickup. If they were that important, well, you could opt for a Camry. No offense. It's that I don't need sauerkraut in my hot fudge sundae, and I don't need peanuts on my kraut dog.

100% agree, I don't understand the power seat whining. Most people are the sole drivers of their truck, set it once and done, holy hell, it takes all of 2 secs to adjust.
