Anyone got the part number for the crankshaft pulley bolt? Local dealership wasn't much help at all.

Probably the drain/outlet for condensation from the air conditioning. Have you been running it? The drain tube is probably plugged and the condensation has no where to go.

Thanks for your ideas, I appreciate it. When I was fishing two weeks ago it was super hot so I was running the A/C on max, when I got home my buddy told me there was water on the floor. Maybe left over from that plus subsequent a/c use. Where is said drain and how can I clean it out?
    Slidinging under truck now...

It did seem more like water than coolant.
Ok, found it. I had put a piece of plastic hose on it a few years ago to drain it down past the frame. So how is it cleaned?.I have the truck running now to see if it is draining, plenty hot in so calif.

Use something to poke up into it. There some bends so whatever you use has to snake around a bit.

Thanks for the idea, I tried a zip tie. Nothing really blocking it. I ran it for 10 min on max a/c and I now have this puddle. Will drive it around and see if it leaks inside. Again, thanks guys.20170805_122406.jpg

I have these 11.3" wide tires and im thinking taking my 1" spacers off so I don't have to cut into the cab. Thinking extended lugs with the 1/4" spacers

If it's not the AC is most likely coming from the grommet through the firewall.
