Has anyone added a system to monitor oil pressure on the 4 LV6? specific 2015?

I have the Ultra Gage and luv the many options, but am very uncomfortable depending on a switch to monitor one of the basic gotta know things.......I have not investigated this at all...suppose there is a swith mounted somewhere that can be Tee'd and a sennsor added......curious if anyone has a straight forward, stand alone unit..how it works, etc etc......tnx in advance

I would also consider doing this... I think toyota and other auto makers should include a simple oil pressure transducer that talks to the ECM - this way we could easily monitor oil pressure with a scan gauge (or similar) like the other critical vehicle metrics. Oil pressure should be the most important thing to monitor. The instrument panel gauge is meaningless, by the time it shows a problem, your engine is probably ruined.
