    Damnit, it is so fucking hard to get a hold of these fuckers. They send forms asking me to reopen my claim, then they ask how much i have made in my jobs in the last 18 months, shit, idk!. Now there isnt any numbers to call because these fucks are all busy. I try calling the spanish numbers to see if they answer and no!!!. Fuck them,fuck them, fuck them, fuck them, fuck them

    The company I work for provides their phone services. I won't say they intentionally set it up to be difficult to reach but there are ways it could be MUCH easier that aren't explored.

    they tell you all this bullshit about obama, then they guide u through a bunch of questions, 5 minutes later of bullshit questions, they connect you only!!!! To tell you that they are busy and cannot accept my calls...they should tell u that right when u call. Waste of fucking time, if anyone is employeed by edd, figure out a way to fix it

    NJ is just as bad it took me 3 days of calling to finally get threw to the motherfuckers.

    They do the same shit ask 20 qusetions and wait 15 minutes for them to tell you they are to fucking busy. It just makes me want to throw the phone at the wall.

    im sure we're not the only fucks complaining about this, i dont understand why they keep the phone service the way it is. im thinking maybe they do it to stall you and let people hang up but its the same bullshit all the time. i wish they would build unemployment offices in san diego, that could create more jobs

    I'm sure they're just overloaded. California has one of the highest unemployment rates in the country. Try and call them first thing in the morning.

    For your last 18 months get your last paystub and multiply it by the number of months you were unemployed.

    Probably. In California, you just have to have worked in the last 18 months. Doesn't hurt to try. All they can do is say no. They'll base your payout on the amount you earned in that period (18 months).

    right??!?!?!, again, fuck them. By having to reopen my claim, im forced to give up a week of unemployment because they use that weeks partial as a way to reopen the claim. Again!. Fuck them
