    I'm sorry you are having so much trouble.. im hoping they are able to fix it fairly soon and make it right... I hate when things go wrong but I hate even more when those situations make you loose faith in a company

    Yeah, I agree. Just in shock really. After I found the UCA bolt loose I should've snatched the wheels off of it and did a full shake down. But they came well recommended so I just figured it was a small oversight. Boy was I wrong.

    Grandma was right when she said an ounce of prevention is worth ten pounds of cure.

    UCA bolts are very common to come loose. In one wheeling trip. There was one bolt that fell out. And two others lots there nuts haha
