Toyo AT's are probably the only all terrain i'll ever run. They're quiet, don't slip in the rain, and they self clean really well. I've never had any problems with them and I only aired down once(and I realized I didn't need to after).
Their a great tire for the price and they handle great in mud! Surprisingly...

I run 35 psi. But I have 285/70/17. And I'm running them like that so they wear out the middle a little faster than the sidewalls and I get a little better gas mileage...

I just replace my 265/75/16 toyo AT with some Firestone destinations 3 days ago. My mileage on the truck read 57890 and I still had maybe 10% 15%tread left. I guess that answers the question.

Silverback: You had Toyos from the factory for all 57,890 miles?

eight3one off road: Stock size: 265/70-16 at the factory recommended 29 psi in the front and 32 psi rear.

Thanks Dave, I just run 32 all the way around, I guess that should be fine?

I just put the Toyo A/T's on about three months ago and so far I'm very happy. Surprisingly quiet and seem to hold quite well in the snow. Haven't had a chance in the dirt....

Also had them road force tested and the technician said he was quite impressed.

Yup... and after the Toyos wore out (35,000 miles), I tried the Cooper Discoverer ATR... nearly the same type/ looking tire as the Toyo Open Country AT, and I was just as happy with them. They were on the truck when I traded it for my 2010, but the amount of wear looked to be about the same as the Toyo (ie. good to 35 k miles).

That's what I'm currently running... They're great for mud, snow, ice and they last forever... But other than that they're pretty much garbage IMO! The sidewalls are weak and scary as hell when cornering, the wet pavement traction is absolutely the worst I've ever had and they're a little too pricey for the performance or lack thereof. I'm going to roll the Duratracs after these are cashed... Should be the end of summer!

Has anyone tried running the Open Country H/Ts? I'll be in the market for new tires soon, and was going to go with the Open Country A/Ts the OP asked about, but then I saw they offered a H/T option. Possibly better in the rain? (living in the NW, its my primary concern =P)

when I bought the truck, the guy before me put these tires on after 3k due to the stock not being aggresive or large enough. So give or take 3k I suppose.

I have the stock Dunlap 245/75/16 stock tire with about 8200 miles on my truck. Will go with the Toyo next time. Should I stick with the same size or change to the 265/75/16? I'm guessing this is a wider tire? I do enoy 19.6 mpg in town and about 21 on hwy, will this larger size significantly affect my mileage?

My truck came with some very nice Toyo M/T Open Country 265 75R 16s. A real nice looking and aggressive tire. Personally, I've always been a fan of tall thin tires like the 7.50 16s in a Yoko, Mich, or Bridgestone.

The guy at Discount Tire said he had to order them and kept saying Toyo's were up there with Michelin. Mind if I ask where you paid $450 for four?
