I hear you but it doesn't sound like you were genuinely concerned about their safety and were just trying to stir shit lol.

I'm just saying- you gotta expect to get some shit back if you troll a job site full of blue collar guys for 6 months.

    Maybe a little...

I expected it. I wasn't that ignorant. I realized the OSHA thing was big time war words.

After I got that packet, I kept my shit on the straight n narrow. I was trying to avoid exactly what happened. I didn't put a mm of skin across that property line.

I was blown away that they did it over me in a pair of underwear.

I deleted my previous last sentence. Was a bit harsh. Apologize to any who saw it, mainly you sir.

I had a cop set me up on a traffic charge. I beat it. (Thrown out of court) someone didnt file papers. 3 years later, I set and waited 16 hours while we figured out I wasn't fbi 10 most wanted.

School was about to open that fall. A tree limb completely blocked a flashing school zone sign. City scheduled it tobe trimmed. Even scheduled a cop to direct traffic while they worked. They got rained out. City rescheduled a week later. Same cop set up there 2 days later. School had started. I got 7 over in a school zone. I was 3 UNDER limit when NOT a school zone. Fine and points double in a school zone.

He SHOULD have set there with his flashers on to protect anyone walking in school zone. Instead harrassing citizens was more fun I guess.

    I got pictures and video.

My best friend just happens to be one of the most influential criminal defense attorny's in Louisville. We plead not guilty at hearing and show up at jury trial with my buddy and more evidence than OJ had,

The judge about fainted when she saw who my lawyer was. She asked me where the tv camera was at

I got a deputy prosecutor and a Louisville cop repremanded for pushing it to trail.

They tricked my ass by not filing their paperwrk when it was over.

No, didnt go to jail, but we set along side of the road all damn day.

Get copies of papers from courts.hope you never need em

    Jeez. Yay cops.

I just avoid em at all costs. Not worth speeding anymore. Not even worth talking to.

Count this citizen as one who has zero faith that the police have any interest in doing nothing more than figuring out a way to turn someone into a criminal.

Fought a traffic ticket in the past year. The cop goes "Then he continues down the street left of center"

DUDE!!!. The street is not even big enough to FIT 2 CARS ON IT. You're left of center NO MATTER WHAT.

The cop knows this, it's his precint. And yet here he stands, still trying to conjure up laws that you broke and make ya into a criminal so they get that fine $$ outta ya.

This after he tries to pull me over for going through a damn YELLOW light. Sorry dude, I am across that line and that light is yellow. It's my right of way.

Experience has told me, Cops harass.

It is what is. Get harassed by a few, then talk to me.

I really have no regrets about anything that happened. I am not sorry for the way I acted or the way I feel. In all this I discovered that a majority of people are in fact truly TV zombies. People to glued to their TV with the volume 2/3rd of the way up, to lost in Bruce fucking Jenner's vagina to giving a flying fuck what is happening in their own damn back yard.

My wife and I are not such people. We watch very minimal TV. We sit at the kitchen table and BS 99% of the time. We like to be outside. We like each other. We like to talk to each other. 15 years and we still haven't run out of shit to talk about. The only time we actually watch TV is the very end of the evening after kids are in bed. And then, it's really only background noise while we eat ice cream. South Park is the only show on TV that I actually can stand watching. TV is retarded and I feel retarded watching it. I go in homes every day where people pay thousands to sit on their ass and watch TV and let life pass them by while they sit and let their brains rot. It's insanity. It's just the way the 1% wants it. My avatar is not TV static for no reason.

So what did I do? I stood up and fought. I wish more people would stand up and fight. I eventually ended up moving, but I fought for what was mine at the time. I work hard as fuck for one little plot of land that supposed to be my little place to go and relax with family. And quite frankly, DG ruined all that. Ruined many homes, so they could make a buck.

As it relates to my actions towards Rhino Construction. No one will ever get me to feel any sympathy for those fellas. Ever. Sure, they were just the contractors building the store. But they were the front line. So be it. They could have just as easily said "Fuck this find someone else." That's the thing about work. We forget that every day we all get up and go into work, voluntarily. You can not make that choice. After a week, they voluntarily subjected themselves to it.

We made every attempt to write letters to everyone we could. Health Dept (cause semis so close). Building and Zoning (Cause of lighting) EPA (just tried any thing I could, never did put a silt fence). I got my home run with OSHA. Blue collar worker myself, so I know the OHSA regulations. Been on lifts plenty myself and would never dream of not wearing a harness. I got a family. They were flat out brazenly saying fuck you to OSHA. So I punked em out on it. Big time. Big boohoo. And if they lost their jobs, not my fault. Don't be morons out in public violating OSHA regulation where everyone can see your stupid ass. Sacrifice safety in the sake of money? God forbid we maintain our pipeline, lets just let it blow up and kill innocent people. Regulation is the devil. When will this kind of thinking ever end??? What the fuck is wrong is America? This is capitalism at it's finest. The roman empire lasted 507 years. We are so fucking stupid to think ours is gonna last forever. Money is fake and means jack shit, it only has value because we give it value.

And then....then there comes that night, where some DB Semi driver, with is DG trailer decides that right behind you and your neighbors house is the perfect place to park for the night. A massive Dollar General Billboard on the side of a Semi. 50 feet from me. Let it be your house. Let it be all night. Get back to me on just exactly kosher you are with it.

Anyone interested in planning an organized gathering at the Dayton Cars and Coffee sometime in the next month or so? Every other Saturday at Austin Landing. 100-150 cars most or the time with room to grow.

Lots of lambos, porshes, classics, and the Dayton Jeep Wrangler club rolled in with 10-15 wranglers yesterday.....But little to no Toyota presence.

It's on the south side of Dayton, so not a huge trek from Cincinnati.

    The tl;dr is as follows:

    1) man buys home by commercially zoned field
    2) DG starts building in commercially zoned field
    3) manMad++;
    4) man trolls construction workers relentlessly and ends up getting people fired over OSHA violations he took it upon himself to call in
4b) man assuredly gives no shits about the people who's livelihood he took it upon himself to destroy
    5) construction workers clap back when man shows them his butt and/or underwear.
    6) Man has a leo respond to the complaint of indecency filed by the construction workers
6b) Man hates the police for responding to the complaint and doing their job. How fucking dare they?!?!?
    7) Man moves to cornfield, doesn't shop at Dollar General anymore

I'm sure one could make a bracket so that one could reuse factory fogs
