Flowmaster difference

    hey guys i got a cheap thrush welded muffler for my 05 4.0 taco. it sounds ok its got some deep tones but what i see on youtube flowmaster has a totally different awesome sound. i see on ebay the 40 series mufflers and the original 40. is there a difference?? cause the original is a lil cheaper but sound is what im after. thanks!

    I have the original 40..just cut the old muffler out and welded the flowmaster in. Sounds pretty good to me.

    My friend paid $30 for a thrush and it sounded terrible, i gave him my 40 series and it sounds very good! Thrush sucks! Get a 40 or a super 44!!!!!!!

    Yes i am the friend with the old thrush, its a cheap way out, sounds decent, but the 40 series sounds so much better, ill post vids on here later of the two.
