Good shops/dealers near Portland, ME?

Hello TW, I just joined tonight and this is my first post. Be kind... :)

I'm moving to Maine in short order -- happy wife, happy life -- and one of my conditions for moving to Maine (I'm a native of California) is I get to buy a truck. I'm deciding whether to get a Pro and leave it stock until warranty is up (or who knows, might just be happy with it forever) or get an Off Road and build it. I'm thinking Pro -- if I mod an OR I would definitely build it more capable than I need (for example, I have no business throwing a full Icon stage 4+ suspension on my truck but I'M GONNA, dammit) and in the end would prob invest more $$$ into it than I would just buying a Pro and being happy with it stock. Cons - short bed only in Pro.

But that was a digression, my real question is this: does anyone know of any good shops/dealers in the Portland, ME area? I'll probably tackle all mods myself, but I think it's always a good practice to establish a relationship with a local tuner/builder/shop/dealership, if for no other reason than to occasionally support a local business with some business.

    Thanks all. Thanks.

Welcome! Ive never been to Maine I can't help you there. I almost bought a Pro and I'm glad I didn't as I really enjoy modding my truck. I suppose it doesn't matter though since the only real difference is the suspension. Lots of modded Pros.
