    No problem.

Back to the issue at hand...

My birthday is August 17th... if anyone wants to do truck shit that weekend. That is literally alllllll I am doing along with drinking beer, eating tacos, and listening to cool tunes.

Buuuuuut you have to come to Tyler. But free beer!

The girls at Brick House are good with large groups. My Corvette group meets there every Sunday evening and has for 4 or 5 years. We have 20+ some nights(take up all the long tables along the wall behind the bar). I dont know of any time where our tabs werent spot on.

Sorry I missed the meet. Sunday's at noon-ish are a no go for me. Church until 1230 and then depending on the Sunday a group from church does lunch and then we shoot clay birds on church property and im one of the leaders of the group.

We(corvette group) did a run out to Tyler on Saturday from Kaufman along a ton of back roads...then we wrecked Stanley's BBQ... holy crap is that place good and worthy of its top 10 ranking in Texas BBQ.

I need to go check out Cedar Hill State Park for a meet up. I know has a beach for swimming, fishing, bbq pits, hike and bike trails, etc...

This... this guy knows what is up in Tyler...

Glad you stopped at Stanley's! It is the one restaurant that I tell people that are not from Tyler to go eat at, because you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.

Stanley's is a must any time I'm near Tyler. Just like Vaughan's for catfish is a must any time I'm within 2hrs of Lake Bob Sandlin... yes, 2 hrs, and my house is about 1hr 45... which reminds me it's been too long...

I did some damage to my colon at Stanleys.

2 meat platter with fatty brisket and sausage... Then I added a half rack... I gave 2 bones away, but ate the other 5 or so...

Then we hammered it on i20 coming home... May have hit a speed that included a 7, a 0 and a 1 in some order.

Im surprised you guys found a place that would start an unsecured tab. Everywhere I go requires a CC on file or ransom of your drivers license.

Not sure how someone could have walked a tab without it being known their "name". I know at our end of the table they had us written down by our name. I dunno, either way, someone shady, no one got hammered enough to "forget their tab" lol.

Calm down? Someone walked a tab, that's thievery I will not calm down. You don't "forget" you have a tab, plain and simple.
    Shame on you! :D
    Didn't get much did ya?
Ok so you cool with thievery? Noted.
Ain't got anything to do with being hammered has everything to do with you know you got a tab, pay it.

No ones saying it's cool to purposely bail on a tab (as I don't think anyone purposely did it). Unless you know exactly 100% of what was going on (it appears you don't as you weren't there (neither was I but I used context clues from the thread), AND it was settled), then you're overreacting to it. Shit happens, both from the server/restaurant side and a customer side. Chill, bro.

It was obviously settled by someone else by the posts, and if that wouldn't have happened whomever did it would have taken from the business and that young lady's pocket. Shit doesn't happen, people happen. Pay your shit and not let someone else do it for you.
