Box of roof shingles. They're pretty heavy and if you get stuck you just open the box and throw a couple under the tire for traction.

Y'all ain't got nothing on Houston drivers. Quit your whining. As for the OP you can hosts the miss kankle USA pageant in the bed of your truck. There's some extra weight.

An 80lb bag of concrete is like $4. Get three of those, and 3 5 gallon buckets and just fill them each with a bag of concrete. An easy 240lbs and can be moved out easily.

3/4" horse stall mat from Tractor Supply store- trimmed to fit the bed. Stops things from sliding around and the sucker is heavy- don't know the weight but probably 50 lbs.

You can get sand in tubes that will sit on the wheel wells, keeping the bed free.

Throw two McDonalds cheeseburgers in the bed at Walmart and wait... Only put two or you'll exceed the payload capacity.

Once you get the weight you want, strap her down and you're good to go.

this thread is way too over thought...just put something heavy in the bed, jeez...sandbags, concrete bags, pavers, hookers...it really doesn't matter.

also, if you search this has probably been asked a few hundred times before...mostly in the winter time.

Camper shell is a good one. You will add enough weight with tools, and misc. stuff to add all of the weight you need. No need for lead weights and sand bags, trust me.

This is my winter solution for 2wd trucks. I used to shrink wrap them to a skid and load it in my old full sized. Put an empty skid in front and the one with the pavers right over the rear axle. With the rubber OEM mat you might be able to just place the pavers and hope they don't shift.
