Fuck yeah. People where stopping, and after all those videos i watch where tires hit the car, bounced up in to the air, and landed on another vehicle. So i said "nope, not me" and i whipped around a couple people and got passed the tire.

 

Its a dude from the Facebook DFW tacoma crowd. He had a pretty tricked out blue 05-11 2nd gen for a while, when he jumped up to the 3rd gen.

 

i read until right there on the bold and I was like WHAT. then I realized you were talking about the tire and not you/your truck hitting the barrier because of a typo lol

 

Yeah that "t" is kinda important for the story. haha. I fixed it.

Well here are some brand new tools then.... I think I may find a cheaper electric compressor and pick it up next month or something as having the good impact and cut off wheel will always come in handy for sure...

Let me clarify. I gave them back to Zac who informed me he knew about a fellow with a need for them. I did not first hand see if they actually made it to this guy.

 

Went by screamin lizards and they havent received the new OHV stickers yet. I might just hold out and see if Barnwell has any in Sept.

 

Did this adventure earn me a jeep recovery patch? Or do i have to put out a jeep that is stuck to earn that?

That idea came about after i found out my co worker wanted some steps, so they went to him. I told him i wanted them back if he takes them off so that we can do that! They will also be painted pink! hahaha

 

I thought for sure y'all had already painted them or done something to them for the next guy

 

Kinda why i bought the map... I want to see what all is out there. And this map is riddled with trails! There is a "Jeep Trail", 4wd trails, high clearance trails, etc. Also some of the trails are marked with "very difficult 4WD section"....

Also its close to the grand canyon which i have been wanting to visit for a while now. I stopped a few years back in flagstaff AZ but i would like to see if from different views. Would make for a good trip i think.

 

No, plus it would be hard to sneak on some pink steps. It would have to be like a pit crew, get that shit done in 5 seconds flat!
