    I looked up 2nd gens for sale, for the 500th time. Still can't kind a manual that isn't beat or over priced in PA.

    Have you tried Carmax. I know I paid a little extra but they were able to ship in exactly what I wanted with zero hassle.

    They ship it in without commitment for free if its within 200ish miles. If you don't like the truck they just sell it to someone else.
