Have you tried Carmax. I know I paid a little extra but they were able to ship in exactly what I wanted with zero hassle.

 

Eh, always weary of purchasing a vehicle by only looking at photos..

 

They ship it in without commitment for free if its within 200ish miles. If you don't like the truck they just sell it to someone else.

Are you checking neighboring craigslists? I recently picked up a 2005 manual for a few grand less than it should have been listed at and it was only and hour and a half from me.
